After in-house repair attempts were unable to fix the cavitation and erosion damage to this jet nozzle, ENECON’s multitude of products were able to get the job done fast and effectively. Repair workers were able to strip the residual coating to show the entire cavitation damage and applied CeramAlloy CP+AC to repair the damaged area. CeramAlloy CL+AC was used to provide a new resurfaced coating to the inside of the jet nozzle. And lastly, DuraTough was applied to provide an extra coating to protect against cavitation.
